Our Pest Control service is the process of excluding, restricting or destroying undesirable pests, rodents or insects. The pest control treatment will usually take place in a home, a public building, a storage area or a place of business. The process typically employs the use of an insecticide or rodenticide or a physical barrier to prevent pests from entering the inhabited space. Monitoring points will be installed on your premises to monitor pest activity in the area. Clients will receive regular visits from a qualified Pest Control technician, who will routinely inspect monitoring points and suspected pest activity. At the end of the service, a report detailing the findings and recommendations to reduce the risk of pest activity on site will be provided and this report will also be emailed so there is a digital copy, and will be saved on our portal in the cloud for ease of access and record-keeping.
This involves coming to your site a set number of times (normally 6, 8 or 12) to inspect and treat for specified pests that have been agreed your business may be at risk from. A detailed report is produced showing what was found and what recommendations are given to assist in eliminating any current or future problems.
These reports show that your are showing Due Diligence and are aware of your responsibilities under Health & Safety and Public Health Acts.
Electric Fly Killers, also referred to as “zappers” perform an important task in eliminating and controlling flies. These units therefore require maintenance and inspection to ensure they are safe and operating correctly.
These can be services as a one off job, twice per year or four times per year.
Included in our service contracts is the option to ring us in between visits if problems occur. We then carry out an urgent visit to remedy the issue and this is normally followed up with a follow up visit.

If you have a rodent infestation we would typically come out to carry out a 3 treatment riddance program where we use baits and traps to eliminate the pest.
Wasps and Ants are the next most common pests that we treat but we also treat Bedbugs, Moths, Cockroaches and other Crawling or flying insects.
If we get your message in the morning then we will try to get to you later that day. Our call out speed is normally 2 hours from initial engagement. If not it will be the following day but this will be relayed to you by text or phone call.

My name is Dave Graham and I have been in Pest Control for 30 years since the age of 21 and was employed by a major International Pest Control company for 5 years before starting my own pest control business, which I ran (with a business partner and 3 staff) for 22 years before being acquired by a National Pest Control company in 2023. Now in March 2026 it is time to start again!
The aim now is to create a Pest Control Service where the emphasis is on the client’s needs and satisfaction as opposed to target driven sales. Unrivalled customer service is the goal once again.
