Meet Dave Graham — Your Local Pest Control Specialist

With 30 years of experience in professional pest control, I’m Dave Graham, the owner of Newcastle & Sunderland Pest Control. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped thousands of homeowners, landlords and businesses deal with pest problems, from rats and mice to wasp nests, bed bugs, fleas and other unwanted pests.

I hold an RSPH Level 2 qualification in Pest Control and am a proud member of the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA). My career has given me experience across virtually every type of pest-control situation, including working for a major international pest-control company before going on to establish and run my own successful local pest-control business.

In 2023, my previous business was acquired by a national pest-control company. While the acquisition gave me the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day running of my own business, I soon realised how much I missed the personal side of pest control — meeting customers, solving problems and being able to provide a service based on my own experience and standards.

That's why I decided to start again with Newcastle & Sunderland Pest Control.

A personal service from an experienced pest controller

I wanted to build a pest-control business where customers could speak directly to an experienced pest controller rather than dealing with a call centre or being passed between different people.

For me, good pest control isn't simply about turning up and treating a pest. It's about taking the time to understand what's happening, identifying the cause of the problem, explaining the treatment clearly and giving customers practical advice to help prevent the problem returning.

I believe in honest advice, fair pricing, professional treatment and treating every customer's property with respect. Whether I'm dealing with a rat infestation in a family home, a wasp nest in a garden, bed bugs in a property or pest issues at a commercial premises, I approach every job with the same level of care.

After 30 years in the industry, I've seen just about every type of pest problem — but I still believe that good customer service matters just as much as good pest control.
